WOW….. what can i say? It’s been a very long and tiring day, but i must say it is so beautiful and I’m having alot of fun.. I never thought Dubai would be such an amazing place to be.When we walked out of the airport, warm breeze swiftly moved in the air and it felt like i was wrapped in an invisible blanket. The scenes of Dubai are unexplainable because the scenery is so astonishing. We all are in a gallery called the XVA galley. It’s really nice and cousy. I still can’t believe I’m actually here, and im looking forward for the coming days. Bye for now!

I liked your description of being wrapped in an invisible blanket because it reminded me of how I felt the first time I got off the plane in the Emirates. It was January 1985 and it had been snowing in London when I left. The pictures of Old Dubai looked very familiar but I don’t think I would recognise much of the modern Dubai - all that change in only 20 years.
