Hey!!
Well last night we arrived at the turtle beach camp place which was a really nice experience! We got to see some of the turtles laying eggs then burying them and heading back into the sea! Talking of the sea, it looked like it was glowing because the plankton has something in it which lights up, making it quite surreal but really nice! Today was definity one of the best days yet, it was really fun! we had a slight lay in and got up at 7.15, then had a shower which was sooooo cold, but at least it woke me up a bit! Then we headed out towards a little town where we photographed and drew the doors and windows and spoke to the locals who were all really nice! Later on in the day we got into our land cruisers and headed towards the Wahiba sands which was sooo fun!! the sand dunes were giant and driving down them was really cool and bumpy but running down them was even better! it was like running down a giant soft cliff hehe. So after all that we arrived at our beach camp for the next two nights, which is similar to the one last night but a lot bigger!! should be fun! toodlepip! x
P.S Happy birthday Chi!! You rockkk!!!

Hi Lucy
We are really enjoying all the pictures and artwork which are really excellent. The views of the desert are amazing and vast. I must admit the view of the cars (sorry! land rovers) in the sand dunes appeared a bit scary but I am sure it was such fun. I hope you managed to take some pictures of the turtles - bet it was an amazing sight. What sort of food do the people enjoy and have you tried all their dishes? I would love to see you on a camel perhaps taking part in the camel races!!!!! Continue to enjoy this marvellous adventure - we can’t wait to hear all about it. Lots of Love M and J XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Hi Lu,
Glad everything is going so well. I’m having trouble keeping up. I remember seeing a TV programme about that turtle beach many years ago - it’s brilliant to think you’ve actually been there. What is more brilliant is that a gaggle of school kids headed off 8 days ago and now you’ve turned into film reporters - you even look the part!!! Amongst the Dhows in Sur was very funny - and I learnt a bit too. Keep ‘em coming. LOve from all here xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
