samira - day 8

15th February 2007

so today we went from turtle beach all the way down the coast of oman and now were in the middle of wahiba sands….first stop was the old bedoin houses which were abandoned it was such a peaceful area I was really shocked to see that the omanian people rejected this life…

then we went to the town of aseera where we sketched doors om traditional oman houses it was very detailed art work and understanding these ideas in depth…

after lunch we sat in our 4×4 and drove on the sand dunes of the wahiba sand…wwooowww it was such a bumpy ride woooow like another rollercoaster it was soo fun wanna do it again…

now were camping outside AGAIN but the tents are more comfortable and they have toilets wweeppee

o yeh and im really tired so just gonna knock off……xxxxxx
