… offscreen
two weeks of exploring .. making art… taking photos and simply living the moment,
it was enough time for us to build a big strong and loving family
lots of ideas came to our minds .. many thoughts and random feelings .. it was all about england .. scotland.. wales .. sometimes just about who we are and what we are doing here and what we have learnt.
in front of your eyes.. to see… near to your hands.. to touch … very clear to your ear.. to hear ..
this result .. our offscreen celebration ..
art gallery .. films … photos..
you are all welcome to hear , feel and see
the story of eight middle east students on the journey of a lifetime.

Yah. So im Bashayer from kingdom of Bahrain, 17 years old. Working with Barney on filming and editing was such a great thing to do, some of them technical and some of them social. Technical I learnt how to use some professional programmes and editing. Social, now i not shy to talk to strangers and make interviews and i can listen to the people when they talk and just listen. I did one film editing interviewing and filming i think this is a good thing that will make me proud of and a good thing to talk about when I am home. I think that viedos and filming is such a good thing to do to communicate with people as some people prefer watching something. You can put your emotions into it, the songs you chose, the things that you cant do with other things.

Today we wok up little bit earlier than any time before cause we had such a busy day with lots of activites to do, first of all traveling to manchester and went to visit the the islamic school for girls , talking to them and making some art work and filming with other which made this day one of the best days in the whole expedition espicily when we talked about the (hejab) every one had a qusetion to ask and aome comments to say , after that we went to the manchester united museam and centre , i really dont have anything to do with sport or football but i felt happy because its a famouse team and when i come back home i will have lots of stories to tell so i’m very exited and cant wait to see what next :)

i really enjoyed working in today`s land art with abdullah because he was so helpfull and creative just like me :P i think i was talking a lot while he was so quiet. We did our project in a very far away area and everybody was tired to reach it. Finally I think we did such a great job and we won the second best place after the teachars’ voting , i learnt from this experience that nature is very important in our life and if we just look at it carefully and take time to focus on it we will be inspired and full of energy to start new projects and also to believe more in our faith and religion .

The students feel we must all take responsibility for the natural world we live in… Eac and every one of us must sit in the seat of responsibility, but at the moment the seat is empty.
